You may know hashtag (or #tags) from Twitter. In ChannelCRM you can use them in much the same way. On the accounts, contacts, activities or projects you can - in the note field - put #tags. The the system thus will keep track of how many places a given #tag occurs. And where.
The tag is entered just by typing hash mark (#) before text.
Eg. in the note field of several companies "#Referencebesøg" (without quotes) is written somewhere in the text. Immediately thereafter, a #tag search will find specific company. And of course other companies where you use the same #tag.
On opening the company screen for Iskompagniet we see that the Note-field includes the tag in the text:
