You start ChannelCRM by typing the address of your CRM system in your favorite browser. The address will often look like "yourcompanyname.onchannelcrm.com".
You are immediately greeted with a login picture as below:
Enter your username (email address) and password that you received from ChannelCRM.
If your browser asks whether it should also save the password, you may answer "Yes". But if it is not your own PC, it's a bad idea and you should answer "No".
