Here you see a complete list of the reports and list views that are available to you as a user. If none or very few are displayed, it may be because an administrator has restricted access to some reports. Or that they are not installed at all. In the latter case (and if you are an administrator), you can click on the "Get new list views". This will install the most recent lists and reports.
A right click in the list opens a popup menu where you can select a list as a favorite (shown in bold) or adjust the level of access that must be associated with a user to view the list.
