For Disaster Recovery purposes your data is protected by a nightly backup. These backups are stored for a period of 14 days.

 

If you need data from a backup - and this need is not related to a data center failure - this can be provided for an extra fee.

 

If you need to have locally stored copies of data, this can be done by exporting data (companies, contacts, ...) using the built-in functions for export to Excel.
