There are many different ways to use ChannelCRM on a daily basis. Partly because we are different as people and partly because our job varies.
For most of us, work will have focus in two screens:
•The ToDo list that shows all the activities that you or others have planned for you (or where you participate).
•The calendar, which provides an overview of activities, whether they are CRM-relevant or derived from synchronization with your Outlook calendar.
